These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website, user account services, online booking system, and sound therapy services provided by Resoul Studio, operated by Detelnia Petrova.

By accessing this website, creating an account, booking an appointment, or using any services offered by Resoul Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Provider Information

(Hereinafter referred to as "Resoul Studio", "we", "us", or "our".)

2. Nature of Services

Resoul Studio provides sound therapy and relaxation services using instruments including:

• Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls
• Gongs
• Metal resonance plates
• Brass bowls
• Chimes
• Bells
• Other sound therapy instruments

We may also offer combined treatments involving sound therapy and relaxing oil massage performed together with another qualified practitioner.

Our services are designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness, emotional balance, and general well-being.

Sound therapy is a complementary wellness practice. It is not medical treatment, does not diagnose illnesses, and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility to Use the Website and Services

To create an account and use our online booking services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions
• Use the services only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.

4. User Registration and Account Security

Certain website features, including appointment booking, may require user registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account

You must not create accounts using false identities, access another person's account, attempt to interfere with website security, or upload harmful content or malicious software.

Resoul Studio reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Online Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. When booking an appointment, you agree to provide your correct name, contact information, selected service, preferred appointment time, and any relevant information needed for safe service delivery.

A booking becomes confirmed once you receive confirmation from Resoul Studio or once the booking status is confirmed through the online system.

6. Client Responsibility and Health Information

Before receiving sound therapy, clients should inform Resoul Studio about any relevant circumstances, including but not limited to pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemakers or implanted medical devices, severe hearing sensitivity, recent surgery, or serious medical conditions.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their safety. Resoul Studio may refuse or modify a session if we believe that continuing the treatment may create a risk for the client.

7. Contraindications

Sound therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Clients should seek medical advice before booking if they have a pacemaker, implantable cardiac devices, certain neurological conditions, epilepsy, high-risk pregnancy, or serious medical conditions.

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they have the opportunity to disclose relevant health information and understand the nature of the services provided.

8. Prices and Payments

Prices for services are displayed on the website or booking platform. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be made through online payment methods, bank transfer, or payment at the studio.

Resoul Studio reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments according to the following rules:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment: no charge
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% charge
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full session fee being charged

Resoul Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be informed as soon as possible.

10. Right of Withdrawal for Online Bookings (EU Consumer Rights)

For online bookings made by consumers within the European Union, statutory consumer protection rules apply.

Under EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, according to applicable EU and national legislation, this right may not apply where the consumer requests that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends, and the service is fully performed within that period.

By booking an appointment and requesting the service to be provided on a specific date, you may expressly request immediate performance of the service.

11. Studio Rules

To ensure a peaceful experience for all clients, visitors agree to arrive on time, respect the calm atmosphere of the studio, follow safety instructions, treat equipment and facilities with care, and inform the practitioner of any discomfort during the session.

Resoul Studio may end a session if a client's behavior creates a safety concern or significantly disturbs the environment.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, branding, videos, graphics, and educational materials, belongs to Resoul Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

13. Website Use and Availability

We aim to provide accurate and reliable information but cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, that all information will always be error-free, or that technical interruptions will never occur.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts of the website at any time.
